How to arrange a telephone meeting

Setting up your Group-Talk conference call could not be easier:

 

All you and your party have to do is know when the conference is taking place, the conference telephone number (087 120 44 121), and the selected room number.  No reservation, no wasted time, no special phone & no account needed.

Full Instructions:

  1. The call organiser selects a 6 digit PIN (your meeting room number). 
  2. The organiser circulates the PIN to all the participants, and informs them of the conference time. 
  3. At the agreed conference time, the organiser dials the Conference Number 0870 120 44 121, enters the 6 digit PIN and follows the prompt. (They start the conference before any participant checks in.) 
  4. Each participant then dials the Conference Number above, enters the 6 digit PIN and follows the prompt.

Each new participant's arrival and departure is announced to the conference.

International callers may join the conference in the same way as above.

 

UK landline charge is 10p per minute.
